For those that work in the branch what is the work environment like? Stress level? Seems like it’s been fairly secure with it being client facing. I’ve been looking specifically at branch manager roles.

the sales pressure is there especially if you have a foreign manager trying to fit in amongst his/her American peers. please remember, they embody a complex that makes them feel like they need to prove themselves. otherwise, find a decent leader to work for and you may enjoy it. please note, any independent thinking or pushback against the behavior framework will get you targeted for removal. this is a cult, please comply. besttttt,
I think it’s great. Definitely a sales environment again but not like ten years ago, the sales were being asked to do now actually make sense and are a value add to both the customer and the company. If you like doing that, there’s probably no better job right now. If you’re very good at it, the annual MVP event is a pretty sweet perk.
