Of Xerox files for bankruptcy would that include the now separated Xerox IT solutions as well? They split awhile back like it’s a separate company.

Wonder what mad-Munu and his god-like-ego would say about all of this. He probably thinks he can rise above all of this.
It's a separate legal entity for accounting and measured independently for internal purposes, but part of consolidated Xerox for financial obligations. The whole ship sinks so start looking.
Savvy is a VAR in the US but XITS is stronger in other countries as a true MSP so be interesting what happens if vendors start pulling plugs
XITS runs on credit, buying hardware on Net 30 terms from distys. If CH11 happens, Ingram, Synnex, etc., will slash their credit limits. Smaller deals for smaller margins. ITsavvy will take the brunt of this, as they have to go to market, rather than strong arm OEMs overseas directly like Xerox does.
Xerox buys a lot of stuff only a handful of niche manufacturers buy, so they have room to wheel and deal, ITsavvy is selling what every VAR sells and is expendable, in the eyes of distributors.
It’s wholly owned, legally distinct subsidiary, not a separate company. They operate as their own BU under the Xerox umbrella of companies. If XRX is headed to bankruptcy, first question is “what form of bankruptcy?” Best case scenario for XITS: sold to the highest bidder as part of a debt restructuring.
