Wouldn't it be better to hear 'You're Fired' than go through the make believe process of creating fake reviews and then dropping the ax? Thoughts?

What makes you think anyone in charge is interested in making it better? In corporate culture, it's all about covering your a-s. You start just jumping out of the gate with "You're Fired"! It's gonna result in more litigation. Ain't nobody got time for that!
