Dear Mr head of wealth, it’s now been 5 months. What in the actual f are you even doing? Why make an announcement with a timeframe of knowing more just to retract yourself like a turtle? It’s amazing the type of leadership we have here and it’s very apparent that these leaders literally don’t do anything.

I think it's intentional, hang tough news over folks heads, see how many get stressed and leave then reassess in 6 months, then layoffs/early retirement offers 😂😂😂
How will the portion of FI be impacted by joining Fid Wealth? No one has said anything and we don’t know where we stand in their 2026 org plan. Hey upper mngt: As long as only the clients and client facing associates suffer right? You losers keep your offices and huge paychecks while everyone else hates every weekday of their lives.

After those announcements in October our SVP told all SLs to look for jobs if they are in delivery and not enough business know how as that’s going to tech . Everyone has been just waiting for 5 months for new model
