Someone told me 800 people total in Risk were laid off.
Any affected in International?
I'm one of the grunts that got cut yet remote managers in CT remain. Twice the salary, zero office, nothing is fair (I get that) but it still hurts.
Yeah, it was all US staff, non managers. Shocking right
I’m guessing the offshore IT&V folks are still employed. Nothing like being on an IT&V call with 6 Indians who have no clue what they are testing.
Maybe my control audit won't happen now. Wishful thinking.
No managers affected even though that org is substantially bloated with them. They have Senior Managers with 1-3 direct reports, Directors with 4 or less, Senior execs outside of hub locations and on and on. Favoritism and nepotism running rampant.
