I have no idea why people display that Open to Work, you might as well plaster 'laid off and desperate' on your picture. Just change your setting to 'open to recruiters' that let's you show up in recruiting searches, but doesn't advertise desperation with that silly banner.
"Open to Work" is a scarlet letter. Do not list that on your profile.
