The surveys are cr-p. They just cherry pick what stats they want to see and push as propaganda anyway.

@ab fake news. they collect your info.

fact: DF and other senior leaders correlate it with MBOs like AI use and RTO. He even said that those least engaged were not coming in.

Contrary to what was posted earlier- there's a generic survey link posted on Teamworks every year. Anyone can use it. We don't each have unique URLs tied to us. However, once you arrive at at the survey vendor, your info is passed over and identified as you.

Your link to the survey is coded with your email address, no one else can use the link (try it--forward the email, they cannot use your link)

Fun fact: Senior management correlates survey responses with RTO metrics.

Anything you say can and will be used against you at the next layoff date.

Nobody cares if you are "engaged" so long as you pretend to use AI and have your butt sleeping in a chair 8 hours a day 4 days a week (this is tracked down to six minute intervals).

@a2 they use the survey results to verify that the changes they’re making are driving up employee’s hatred of working here. That’s the goal

“Hey Charlie, survey results are in and they’re even worse than last year! WOOHOO ITS FINALLY WORKING! Wait til they hear about the 5-day RTO requirement! Our scores will REALLY tank then!! “

I’d be surprised if we even have a survey this year. Total waster of time and money , just to to see high volumes of predictable and super negative responses from the people they hate?

What’s the point of them distributing a survey to the same people that they treat horribly and have zero appreciation for?

It’s all so d-mb I gotta get out of here
