I already have a weekly 1:1 meeting scheduled on each Monday, and today I got my manager's email for a 1:1 on 04/20. I guess it's my time now.

forget it. just a meeting.
They don't schedule layoff 1:1's that far in advance.
Just got mine, schedule for 6/9.

My time has come.
It is suspect, since most rational managers would avoid having a 1:1 on or just before a big layoff day. They may be servicing the optics of normalcy by setting a faux alternative appointment in the future.
