Are they really expecting each PC to handle ALL the financials for every customer going forward starting next month? I’m drowning with one as it is. A job isn’t worth this much stress.

If you show you can handle it, they’ll give you more and more. While others do the bare minimum, handle less, and get the same bonus you will. It’s not worth it. So sit back, do what you can. I refuse to stress about my role
Which region are you on? My region it’s one customer per PC but for every PC to cross train each customer for coverage. Handling financials & uploads not that hard. If it is for you, perhaps utilizing excel and views will help.
They don’t care do the work or quit. They know the job market is horrible and you won’t quit.
They're just trying to get people to quit so they don’t pay severance.
