Was it really? The Chevron way seem like just words after dragging us thru another year of anxiety and now we have forced rankings and an org that is hindering individual assets. WFH was taken away (I’m ops so I never got it but it still effected others)

It would be awesome if they offered early out packages including vesting of LTIs.
It’s a strange dividing line. Lots of PSG-26+s are individual contributors and many PSG-25-s are people supervisors.

This is just McKinsey or BCG checking off their to-do list on “enterprise roll out” of a new iteration of align and inspire in the new op model. Some totally disconnected from reality message about how as leaders of the company, these are the leadership expectations out of the PSG 26+ people
