Are they going away or just delayed?

As someone said earlier, these were put in place during a robust job market in order to keep employees.
Now they want to get rid of them. So from their POV, they don’t want to keep them.

Last year (2025) the grant wasn't announced until April 9.
Directors and above will continue get it.
I heard that Frontier were delaying them, and that how it works is being reviewed. So I think how it works will change, but not exactly sure how. Im sure it won't be in our favour!
