Just got a call from my director today and have 30 days to decide if I am moving to Minneapolis - 90 days to move if I accept but will be let go if I don't

L5 OBPDP design, offered relocation. Will also get 6 weeks severance + 1 additional week of pay for each completed year of service as of termination date

This happened last year to Lv 4s in OBPDP design but I did not hear of any other levels impacted.
