Just as we get going, we have to pivot to something else. There's no way to be successful in such an environment and I'm getting pretty tired of it.

How about changing of support systems once a year and when they are rolled out always inadequate training and no communication and we can't forget about migrating data from legacy app to the news as it is always a hot mess with lost data, delays etc
Do you not know what ATT stands for…
AT THIS TIME LOL
AT&Ts values and promotion schemes for the last 100 years have been “be less educated and d-mber and whiter” They will never move to an actual tech company.
Because the don’t know what the F they are doing!
@bh the person(s) that keeps saying "yet you stay" literally doesn't follow any sort of business news. read an actual business site versus facebook or tiktok. because if you did, you'd see jobs are going away, not available or everyone thinking they can AI their way to glory.
Such a lazy response every time.
Market based culture
what department?
The priority is always been the same. Keep the bosses at the top happy, keep the lights running on the network, for as cheap as possible, and with as few people as possible. Who cares if those people have to work a ridiculous amount of hours (no OT) that used to be covered by many others.
The insane thing is that the top dog in my group can’t stop talking about how fantastic and well thought out the so-called plan is and yet we are bombarded “high priority” rushed projects that seem completely hacked together at the last minute. It’s amazing these people think we should take anything they say seriously.
ATT is run by fed zoo animals. All stupid doing tricks for their daily treats.
Yeah no kidding. I’m in mobility field ops, it’s the same on this side. I think the problem is incompetence. They like to throw sh*t at the wall to see what sticks.
