Throughout Gail's reign of te---r, she has brought this company to a new low. It's true that all the major healthcare companies are cr-p these days, but Elephants Health has trampled on its people far more than any other I've heard. They care NOTHING for you, no matter what position you're in. All they care about is making the shareholders and Queen Gail rich. If you're not planning to already, get out or retire if you can, ASAP! You may already be on the "list" and don't even know it.

Everyone I know works the bare minimum to get by. They don't say much, keep their head done. Hit their metrics with a slight cushion in case the data collection is wrong. Don't have an opinion. Yup ok, is the standard answer. They have created an apathetic work force. Congratulations- Mediocrity rules.
If you are 65 or older, just stick around until they rif you and then you will receive the full 6 months of supplemental pay without having to jump through the unemployment filing hoops. We have a couple of people in our area doing exactly that. To the rest, try to find a better employer once the job market improves.
