Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Human Resources

You’re either still here because you're new and have no idea you’re now on a 747 on its way into the ground, retiring soon-and praying you can last long enough to make it out, searching constantly for another employer, or just an id--t and think all the screaming, smoke, and flames around you is just special effects for the awesome music video starring you and all your greatness! In that case-thumbs up-you truly are the best of the best!

Alot of thumbs down in this one. Must be the culprit itself or a peasant. The person is literally know globally as such. Not many wouldn't agree.

@v7 if you know the D, the W becomes an easy check in outlook.

But if you must, what's an ambulatory aid for older adults?

And let’s not forget the group of tenured people being demoted to entry level positions and being told they can control their destiny (commission)it is sad and pathetic attempt to make people feel valued. Honestly the ones leading the charge in Saint John are not the smartest and people walk on eggshells around them when they are actually visible. Typically that is when visitors come to town. Maybe they can do their old school demo certifications using out dated sales methods from the 90’s!

There is another class of employees that needed to be added.. those employees whom are legacy xerox / legacy lexmark whom have mainly worked for these companies and have been prompted or moved into positions that they are unqualified for on the resume in education and certifications.

They are currently hanging on to hope that they can maintain there current positions and pay without having to go back into the marketplace and receive a lower paying position with less responsibilities.

I will say there is another category that needs to be accounted for.. those whom started at legacy Xerox or Lexmark and now have abusive wife syndrome where they have been prompted or moved around into roles that they have grown into but have no educational, certification or other credentials to point to for a new employer of the skill set.

These employees think they are more valuable then they are in the real world then go look at the real world requirements and run back to there desks crying and hoping they can maintain there current positions and salaries as the ship sink.

Now the winners in this group will do things to improve there situations where the losers will be kicked to the street taking lower class positions and pay at another employer.
