Whomever decided to migrate fully to Facets needs to be fired. I’ve never experienced such issues in my life. For a platform that is web based and updated, I feel like I’ve moved to the Middle Ages. It’s slow and dreadful and goes down often. Automation is severely lacking. How can LG possibly meet 1st pass? I feel like we’ve been set up to fail. Does anyone else feel this way?

How can us underlings communicate to people who matter what an epic disaster this has all been? I refuse to believe all of the people who still care can't do ANYTHING about this. Is there anyone on the board/exec level that are not only in this for the money and golden parachute?
The ones who decided on this are long gone.
The migration is a complete disaster. What makes this worse is many of the challenges experienced today were proactively identified and ignored. Leaderships failure on this has to be acknowledged. The gaslighting has to stop.

Fired? Accountable?! BP and DH are funnin-in-the-sun in FL. Rest of the execs will get their golden deal at October-fest. Bail if and when you can folks.
The whole migration has been nothing but a cluster for the past few years. I get angry with all the posts and emails about how great CF is when their customer service is awful, employees are miserable and processing and payments are a clear failure. Until someone actually holds the leadership and BP accountable for collapse of CF it will only continue to spiral. Don’t try to make sense of it, just put your minimum hours in and collect your paycheck because anything more is too exhausting. System broke? Oh well, not your problem. Applications freezing? Oh well, not your problem.
