Thinking the tech reorg will mainly impact global. There’s no tech team in EMEA as all those jobs were transferred to ITC and PTC. GC is running their own tech stack which means they’ll have little to no impact. Converse business was impacted which likely means, their tech will go. That only leaves us with the guys in the global where the bulk of tech sits and APLA.

If you mean ITC by global, then that's wishful thinking. No matter the quality of the work, SL is heavily invested in expanding ITC's footprint and not reducing it.

ITC days are numbered, global economy changing, landscape changing rapidly, there is not a need for large buildings packed full of indian's coding away
the only hope for india, is if they get their own economy strong enough to support itself, the outsourcing for american companies is going to dry up like a puddle of water in the desert They have about 2 years left

Nothing has been transferred from EMEA to PTC, because of hiring freeze. ITC can only hire…

there has always been this weird thing where you have people being told to get into the office while entire groups were remote.
All Remote SM,D,SR DR would be gutted like fish.
