I'm amazed there's anyone left beyond the VA.
Ironically, moving HQ to TN was "to be closer to the healthcare industry."
We’ve lost over 50 major health systems (per KLAS) because the support is non-existent. If a feature isn’t "Agentic AI," it doesn't get a budget. We are sacrificing the "D+" relationship we have with actual hospitals to chase the "Clinical AI Agent" hype.
