The good vibes been gone for years! After the Belk family sold out to this investing company it’s gone down hill..
I miss the days where the store managers worked along side of their employees. That was a golden moment. I love my job but, there has been a shift in the last couple of years the moral has dropped.
If store managers not all but, what I’ve seen get out and work with the associates that would really help “leading by example”.
The culture of store managers don’t do anything, stay in office, don’t work past 5, spend hours and hours on “calls”, and take weekends off, and make leads and key holders do their job is ki-ling belk..everyone knows it…and it’s getting worse not better.
