How does HCSC respond to a 2 or 3 week notice? Some companies walk you out immediately and terminate on the spot. I have health and wellness days available, should I turn in a 2 or 3 week notice and use some of those days? Any other recommendations are welcome.

In my former area, myself and the 3 people that left before me, we gave our two weeks notice but our manager made us take our wellness days within those two weeks. my last day was on a friday but my last day working was the wed before, and used my wellness days for that thursday and friday.
If you are going to a competitor you might get walked out. Usually the manager needs permission from HR to walk you out, and that can take a day to get.
It's totally dependent on what area you work in. In my opinion, putting in 2 week notice and properly transitioning work (if you care that much) is professional and people remember that. If you've already accepted another offer, use all the wellness days now and work that in as part of your transition.
Use all your wellness days now
Depends on your manager/area, I think. As employees, we didn't sign any employment agreement or contract with HCSC, so there's nothing binding or forcing you to give any notice. Just like the company doesn't give any notice when it fires or lays off somebody here, they are immediately let go. Maybe use those days before or at the beginning of your notice period, just to be safe
