A investigation about discriminating white employees. A data hack with all the designs and innovations for the coming years.... Then the imploding and sale of the nike NFT. And not forget the lawsuit that's following that sale. No new air max or air force one is going to fix this........

They could be working on a new type of severance. Might be why it’s so quiet. Maybe like a spin-the-wheel sort of thing?
Strategy is probably working on how to monetize it with a reality series. What else they got? Renting PHK office space to Washington County? Beaverton SD? Anyone hear from strategy in a while?
With all the previous leaks, it is possible no one really knows yet. And it will be a name draw event during a Thirst Thursday. Kinda like a draft? DEI probably has some metric to make sure it’s equal, just more equal for others.
Based on past experience, your best bet to survive it at this point is to have an open HR complaint against you. Find a buddy, and report each other for something. It’s a lock to not get laid off.
If you’ve done anything of value the last couple of weeks, you should be very worried. Those doing the work are the first (and second, third, and fourth) to go.

Anyone currently on medical leave, or currently having family issues… or is soon having a baby. Again, based on past experience… probably on a list. Sabbatical soon… straight to jail.
Try not to sweat it. It’s sh-t. But it happens. Take an extra lap tomorrow. An extra coffee. Prioritize yourself, your family. And each other. If you’re not proofing each others resumes, you should. Don’t spend any more PTO unless you have to. Apply apply apply. The more that go, the bigger the network is outside the berm. Do not under any circumstances try to volunteer. Even if your boss or HR person is sniffing around. You will get wrecked.
OP here. In previous rounds, HR used to be pretty forthcoming. Looks like leaks have been plugged.

if someone recently got moved to a different team, does that make the person "safe"?
There are at most 6 people outside of the re-org team that knows any more details. Lots of VP's and SD's have suspicions based on meetings and what they are being asked to provide.
possibly some vp's cut so they also may not know. Only HR knows
who knows, do SD's even know anything, they didn't last time, VP and HR only, judging on well that worked last time, what could possibly go wrong?
