What is HIH?
@fp my team more or so same ratio as yours, so I believe the 30/70 ratio they're aiming for.. should be illegal for a US based health insurance company to have almost no US workers
not sure how much more US can get hit, my team is down to like 2 US workers and 6 HIH workers lol

HIH? HIH is one of the highest reasons the US is having so many layoffs. If you are at HIH you’re not gonna get laid off. Y’all are so well protected you’d have to punch your manager in the face to get fired. Meanwhile in the US, yes, more layoffs until they hit 30% US 70% offshore for almost every org and team.
