The only people laughing harder than USB employees at the disingenuous leadership are the competitive banks which continue to pick the highly valued customers off the withering USB vine, recognizing when leadership doesn't care about the little things along the way, that's a pretty good indicator they don't know how to care about the bigger things that make customers happy and banks money.

Gunjin and got her 11 million dollar bonus. I'm not sure why because she certainly hasn't done anything for her employees except cause emotional distress and financial hardship.
I delete anything from her without reading.
E-cards are meant to be a positive thing. When I received hers, I felt absolutely no positivity. Fake, rah-rah, go team go. I got to tell my spouse, sorry honey, no merit this year but, GK sent me a very heart felt e-card. “Were there any points attached?” Pppssfftt. As if.
I know there are the typical brown nosers, but I truly wonder just how many of the MC and higher up’s truly think about GK is full of cr-p vs actually support her “vision”.
