I escaped Nike and reading these posts confirms it was the right move. I can't imagine being inside that mess right now. Good luck to everyone still there, I truly hope you find your way out.

There is life outside of that toxic sh**hole. All of the leaders are in bed together. There isn’t any leadership. People walking in circles with a cup of Koolaid just collecting paychecks and having closed door meetings to see who they can take out next. Don’t miss the fake story lines that everyone can see through.
I miss all the financial cover ups and getting screamed at by my manager. Those were the days.
90% of people on here are Tech. That org has been toxic since the beginning of time. Especially when they moved failed people in the business to tech.
maybe they can turn it around by outsourcing all the work to itc, they seem so nice and pleasant to work with
