I’d pay to see leadership try handling this workload for even a few weeks.

@105 you can look at this a couple of ways. It's either what you are suggesting or leaders allowing the associates to take charge and do the work without micromanaging, I'm thankful my leaders trust me enough to do the work and not breathe down my neck. If anything lead the leader. However if you need someone to tell you everything you need to do and provide more guidance and they are not helpful that is a problem. Depends on your role. Speak up and talk to your leader or skip a level and ask for a meeting with their leader if you can and feel comfortable. It's not easy navigating this but don't be afraid to speak up. That's the only way change can happen.
Is the lack of managerial support a new Humana tactic to quiet fire employees? Have you noticed a lack of leadership? I have and I’m pretty sure Humana is using this new tactic to motivate you to leave.
My AD and supervisor are amazing and work hard. They get in the deep with us and know how hard we work as a team. Now above them, not so much. They get catered to and live the highlife. Lucky to have great direct leaders. However I know many do not and it's obvious when they tell you all about their nanny and housekeeper along with their lake house and sail boat. We are not the same. I barely making the light bill.
And OOOHH YOU WORK SOO HARD.. THANK YOU THANK YOU... BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU RAISES!
@m9 I'm not taking up for either but both my VP and SVP worked through the ranks starting in the call center. They're not part of the good old boys club.
Forget leadership my direct supervisor couldn't handle a week
The VPs and SVPs wouldn’t last one hour as a front liner. All they know how to do is blah blah blah!
