Sit back, relax. We will continue to contract out all the actual work. Do a bit every day, just to stay in shape, everything else will be contracted out.

Exactly! Just seat, relax, do the minimum. There is no longer incentive to overachieve. I even went out and got more education. Always rushed to get ensure things got done and what did I get? We dont need you any longer.
I don’t have a budget or any equipment so I’m really just collecting paychecks at this point. Not much planning went into this last cut, I’m hearing more on the way. In reality we need three or four of our top performers back.
