This is an employee board. SF has its problems, sure. But most of the customers that get on Twitter and complain at companies are usually wrong, awful customers. People are upset at insurance companies all day everyday, and each one also gets a number of lawsuits and/or DOI complaints in the hudreds. Not all of them are valid just because complaints are made. Employees hear about customers' whining, ignorance, and stupidity all day so we don't want to hear nor GAF about it here.
Ouch! That sure doesn't give SF a good look.
