Ge-z people, reading is fundamental! This post is referring to the Associates Attendance policy payout. Every year they get a "bonus" if they have perfect attendance. It has nothing to do with paying out PTO.
yes it’s a thing in CA - we get 48 hours of PTO each year and the company has to pay it out each march for any unused hours. Many employees use this bucket of time off as a last resort.
This is 100% true
@ha where is it 2 weeks paid? Better check ur math again. It’s 4 excused and 6 u need dr notes for without going on a step.
Why would you not use 2 weeks of paid time off, just to get paid for 1 week? Something is wrong with the math
@af And yet here you are with your superior intellect, on this board just like the rest of us.
@ae well your integrity ripped you off … company just abuses people even when they are quality

Wish it was a thing. Here 27 years with no sick time taken.
Some states, like California, force Verizon's hand. Yes, it's a thing. I got it when I worked there.
Rumor is it’s coming out next Friday 3/6. Unless they r going to do it in one check again with cps then would be 3/16
In wireless network that’s never been a thing. At least not since 2005
That hasn’t been a thing since like 2012
@OP wtf are you talking about. Not a thing.
