No sick time used payout?

When will the perfect attendance payout take place ? Its usually sometime in march earn a weeks pay for no sick time yeah its a thing

Ge-z people, reading is fundamental! This post is referring to the Associates Attendance policy payout. Every year they get a "bonus" if they have perfect attendance. It has nothing to do with paying out PTO.

yes it’s a thing in CA - we get 48 hours of PTO each year and the company has to pay it out each march for any unused hours. Many employees use this bucket of time off as a last resort.
