Agreed, VMware EUC has always been a good place to get paid while you're waiting for your retirement. Nothing 'great' ever happened at this mediocre software company. Most of our directors and senior managers have been here for a decade or more. Apathy is part of our company culture. Rest and vest, etc...

No. Same leaders (GM, product management, marketing) who built the technical debt under VMware are still the same leaders running these functions today.
@OP at this point no one is actually trying to make this a better company. Everyone is just trying to grab their part of the pie until the next thing happens. Many of the OG will never be able to find a job after this place has their next $ event. It’s not just KKR. It’s not just leadership. Everyone is treating the company like a personal ATM and I would advise everyone to do the same.

I agree, VMware EUC ported its obsolete software into a SaaS offering in the hope of surviving. It was never Great, or innovative. Omnissa inherited its technical debt. Our leadership team is incapable of a meaningful turnaround. Decline is part of our history.
Your statement implies omnissa was at some stage great. I can assure you it never was. Think of omnissa like soviet Russia, slowly circling the drain as the place goes to insane levels of he-l with the same dictators who are clueless lunatics.
