the real problem is hidden. It is too too many in di ans. but not enough jobs on the planet. Yes....it was the right wording....."THE PLANET" no way to have enough jobs ever as the asian content makes unlimited babies. What will get downsized will be all the roles in all the orgs cause we can't employ all of that. It is technically impossible cause the profit is not enough to pay off the company loans. about time someone said something.
