What is actually going on with this company???
So many people are being laid off. ICs are being thrown away. Teams are on very slim resources. Performance is degraded.
What are they trying to achieve? Are they planning to move everything to offshore?

Stop running simply because they tell you to run. Have a backbone.
Feels like sweat shop labor... They just keep drinking more and more work on us... How is osha not stepping in?

The sales is in decline. Can't change that...but most cut costs. That is in di a labor. The highest cost is that. Too many employees to pay for. The sales is in the usa. Nothing will grow offshore or ever have a way to make sales from that.
Alllll aboard the sh*t train that this company has become... Don't tell me to quit, lay me off with a package.
The reason is that the sales growth is in decline. Don't need such a big company anymore. Nothing is going much offshore. There are sales only in the USA. Just the trend is to take out the highest costs. That being in d Ia Labor
Short term thinking where churn is expected between 3 monopoly’s. They don’t care about ICs or customers anymore. Shareholders the board and C level are only of importance.
