Are you in India? Probably only place they will occur.
You would have a better chance of finding another position outside the company. Stuck until then. There are a lot of us unhappy in current roles.

You need to start networking, call everyone who has a job you’re interested in, otherwise you’re likely to stay where you are.
We all would like to move on. Join the club.
April… postings are starting to come out. However if you only landed your current role last year it is unlikely you would be allowed to participate since they expect people to be in their roles for 3 years… certainly there are exceptions

My manager told me the same thing recently. The corporate goal is to build the skills of the Engine staff. The U.S. employees are going to be strung along until they either resign or eventually laid off in future purges in 2027and 2030.
My manager suggested there would be one in the 2nd half of this year.
