Has anyone else experienced more health issues this year (or with their team/peers), since the “8 hour” rule was threatened? I’ve personally been sick a couple times since Jan 1 and that’s very odd for me. After reflecting, the only thing that’s really changed is being around so many people in the office, especially so many from India. Specifically this has been in Technology (Charlotte).

We WFH 'before', and yes, it's much healthier and less expensive for the company. Corporate detention centers are a complete waste of time and money.

I spend a good 10 minutes every morning I’m in the office wiping my keyboard, desk, chair, and monitor down with the sanitizing wipes…even if I sat there the day before. A lot of people we work with are gross.
Sick since Jan 1? So it wouldn’t have anything to do with it being winter & cold/flu season. It must be RTO 8 hours a day. I mean how did we survive before?
Sure are a lot more snipier people on this board. Charlie must be laying off more risk and compliance people. Only after they pound the streets and visit interview rooms will they realize how sick they are.

Most depts have been 8 hours since we came back from covid. Everyone is just fine.

Yes, literally the only time I get sick is from the office. The person across from me at our communal desk setup is literally hacking and snotting. With all of the technology WF brags about, why are we forced to spend our limited money and time commuting to a sweatshop?
