Do you guys think executives know about this site and/or care about anything said?

Yes they're aware. When you notice comments or entire threads are missing it's because they sent a cease and desist to have it removed.
Occurs most often when comments expose the dirty truth with receipts and names, but can also be removed for breaking site rules by using overly vulgar language, racial slurs, and belligerent bashing or doxxing of people/groups.
Everything else they just laugh about with each other during committee meetings.
You can tell from some of the comments that they pose as commoners and try to defend the decisions made.
Former head of reputation and strategy risk, who has since been disgraced, reads this board all the time.
Know about? Yes.
Care about? No.
If they do, they haven’t learned a damn thing and the morale of the company is sh-t.
I think this site is monitored by HR, legal, and yes I absolutely think execs come see what chaos is going on.
They care what's said here as much as they care about the TTUS survey results. Meaning, they don't. If they did we'd have seen changes a long time ago.
