What’s this rumor I hear about private equity buying a small section/divisions of L3H like Black Rock did with Raytheon and their Nightwing division here in Melbourne Florida.

Selling off divisions is the plan. No surprises here. SMS is about to enhanced by LHX Next. That's why SM is trying reduce headcount with the RTO.
They did just sell 60% of the space business of Aerojet Rocketdyne to private equity and then they want to IPO off the missile business with the DoD getting $1 billion investment in that……because that will help increase military readiness and ammo capacity LOLL
