Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

When will they realize it's not going to work?

Outsourcing sounds good on paper until you have to redo everything because it was done wrong. The cost of poor quality is way higher than the payroll savings. When will they learn this lesson?

The quality doesn’t matter,we just need the share price up.

Speaking of things that don't work ... CERTIFICATION!

You buy in, you work, they get all the rewards!

I'm confused. Who cares how the buildings look? Shareholders? Frankly, I don't think they care.

Steak holders? Who is holding the steaks?
Oh, sorry you mean 'stakeholders'? maybe?
Spelling counts =)
But many of the longtime Oracle Facilities people were hired 'by' JLL.
Some of them are really really good, but now they get to deal with additional JLL BS

They outsourced facilities to JLL, it has been a nightmare. JLL has hired the worst of the worst. So many untrained JLL people. Steak holders not happy. They just do not care, they forget they work for Oracle. OUR buildings look terrible.
