A big team of our so called leaders went to India to meet Genpact, one of the worst service companies. Should we brace for more layoff from in the US?

It seems like you've never interacted with VP or C-suite executives from other companies of similar size—if you had, you'd understand what he meant. The truth is, most of our leaders got their positions through blatant nepotism and DEI hiring. I have no hatred toward any race, but when race is treated as a measure of "quality," it genuinely concerns me. Disclaimer: I do not belong to right wokes either 😎

@19t Yes, I second that. On one hand, they hire friends and relatives; on the other, they lay off hardworking employees. Despite all these issues, nepotism continues unchecked.
Almost all Edge associates and interns seem to be related to someone in leadership. The level of self-respect in the company has sunk so low that people have normalized corruption—and in some cases, even seem proud of it.
The answer to this question will always be a yes. In reality, BD has layoffs every week. You don't hear about the small ones but it's literally a weekly event

Yes and they were posting photos of themselves touring India and enjoying fancy restaurants and hotels.. they also went to Poland I’m guessing everything will be outsourced to the last bone .. BDIT is the most incompetent IT function ever to be seen
