For those displaced between 9/30/2025-11/1/2025, did you receive a year end performance review? I completed my self evaluation before non working notice but have not been able to get a clear answer if I’d receive a YE.

For those saying you could see your year end how are you viewing it? I was noticed on 9/30 with last working day end of November.
I was displaced October and had submitted my self eval. I see where my year end was uploaded by my mgr. but YMMV
Frankly, I'd give you an Exceeds, but I left WF 2 yrs ago after getting my bonus and several years of completely awful working conditions. Good luck to you, move on though - WF is the Hellmouth
@a5 I was trying to post internally for a position where I know the hiring manager really well and HR brought it to my attention because the hiring manager never saw my application. I was shocked. I reached out to my former manager who told me they were forced to give layoffs IM. IM shouldn’t prevent you from posting but there are so many candidates that have Meets/Exceeds that they don’t choose IM at all. Even with excellent references my job posting did not go through. My job search now is outside of WF.
YMMV, but if you get no bonus your surviving teammates may care to know the true color of who they work for.

Yes, Laid off in October. IM! There’s no way it is ethical! They don’t want us posting internally.

Don't know why i said 'mid-year'... Was not presented with my year-end review, but was in Teamworks
I was given notice Dec. 2024. I was not presented with my mid-year, but it was sitting in Teamworks and I was able to read & download it
