I was a target due to pulse. When you try to hold people accountable and they don’t like it. This company really rewards sneaky behavior and bad BPO accountability.

Why would those overpaid failures disclose anything that could be used against them?

The board of directors has failed the company and the rot will continue until there's basically nothing left.

You’re wild if you think pulse is going to move the needle and not just make you a big fat target. It’s basically telling the company what % left they need to layoff (people going against the company)

A negative pulse survey response draws negative attention. This should not be the case, but it is. Acting on honest open door communication would appear to be a low priority with the company being in such a poor state.
