a bunch of us just arrived in Houston-All the talk is about how much trouble the company is in & how much are workloads have increased since the company laid off 250 employees-all the talk is about the $45m deficit & the lawsuit & the upheaval in leadership-In 18 months: greed, severin, festog, donaldson, goldstein, roehrich, loughery, gutteraireez, golatt, conway, are all gone-field sales leadership suxx-We are all very skeptical-Company is still hiding things from us. Client losses keep mounting-Company cant revenue-Many are looking to jump ship right after bonus time. May god save our souls. Now time to go to the bars to get sc-hit-faced.

The fact that Severing is and always was a drunken doofus frat boy bully and still became a wealthy successful corporate president might say more about the state of America than it does about puny little MOA. Good for him I guess.
@OP the two blokes who now lead operations are largely invisible & can't be trusted at their core#they like firing people & are neurotic-i was fired by them
in houston we all made nice with the lady who overseas the crms but everyone, i mean everyone knows, she is underqualified & has no reason to be in that role+Placed there by baily as a favortism hire+that role needs to be filled w/someone who'se got extensive, exper+ she's a good hostess & summarizer. be good as admin assistant or note taker transcriber/coordinator but way over her shoes AND she loves getting peopple in trouble & is a snitch & throws her 135lb frame around like she is the only 800lb gorilla in the room.
@k0 its so true. sev punched some sales rep & they got in a fight at a national conference & he got promoted & sued twice & fired once. good riddance.

I guess you have no chance of being a "nepo hire" as I doubt anyone here considers you to be a close personal connection or friend. @OP someone needs to read a dictionary about the meaning of the word nepotism~Nepotism doesn't have to be a relative~It can be a close personal connection, friend, live in lover~/or someone u are actively f.uc.king~there are so many nepos at mutual its laughable. the lady who is overseeing crma is a nepo hire b/c of Cb~Not qualified & secretly favored-needed a real service mgr or inside crm to fill that role imho~~Btw, got wasted last night--need double expresso tis morning. howdy y'all

these client relationship managers don't actually work. They gab on the phone, constantly shop at Amazon, text all day with friends, post on the layoff and linkedin, and only work 30 hours a week.
You wonder why the company has struggled. Look no further than this incompetent anonymous ‘leader’. The company would be better off if this person went somewhere else, but they are still here because they lack talent that makes the marketable to other firms. Getting sh-t faced just hides your lack of talent, but does make your miserable a-s more tolerable. Good riddance, please leave.

@OP our reports & technology systems since switching to this oMni platform are creating way, way too much manual work. makes little sense really. our website is way behind the competiton big time. The young lady who overseas the crms was never a service manager or a crm and doesn't under stand the role. Obviously put there as a nepotism hire. we need some one in that role who was a crm.
