Claims modernization has plan to cut PM functions by 10-15%. Timeline is TBD as it’s being worked out. Rationale is AI can reduce manual PM functions.
Post on reddit suggested State Management, Mod, and a few others, but not sure how valid, or accurate that is. State Management recently underwent some leadership shifts.
