I just want to do my job. Is that really that much to ask for? No wonder the company is failing so spectacularly when everything but the work is a priority.

It's because the majority of jobs here are fake. If you aren't an engineer or pushing random excel trackers for dead end and over budget projects then office politics is the only way to stay relevant. This applies to any one above L1 in S&T or the Media Transformation org.

Welcome to corporate America. It only gets worse the further up one goes. Lots of narcissists, backstabbing, and have/have nots.
I agree. There are concerning behaviors coming from certain teams in India, and overall the culture feels increasingly toxic.
