As a long time UMAC, I can truly say since this centralization my mental health has taken a sharp decline! The new processes that change every 15 minutes, it’s just too much!

I’m sorry but no one in leadership or the C suite cares about UMACs. UMACs are easily replaceable and AI will eventually replace them. Same with nurses and Physicians. With that being said, you are providing a valuable service and shouldn’t allow a corporation to steal your joy. Hold your head high. Do the best job you can every single day. Remember who you serve !
I'm a UMAC, too & I agree 100%. This centralization is terrible. Worst idea ever.
@OP it is not only too much but they are taking away so many of our freedoms. No flexibility, inconsistency with training, impossible to take PTO, no raises, and limited resources. They want us to leave. 🥹
