If the ABU is sold off, how many jobs will go to sweeten the deal? Does anyone else think they must be considering it.

@cq What if the end goal is to simply be in NOJVs and collect royalties - eg Guyana? No need for much staff, no exploration failures, not responsible for fatalities, get to travel first class to meetings and conferences, collect a big salary and retirement.
That would be a bo-b shell and the end of Chevron is ABU was sold. Imagine if we don't get concession extended in KZ, sold Australia and Permian craters like it will. Other being good friends with orange and the nasty oil in Venezuela man we would not have nothing left. We will be Wirth nothing
It’s unlikely. The Australia Business has its challenges, but it reliably delivers a quarter of Chevron’s after tax cash flow. That would be hard to give up.
