Worthless job, a biz ops mgr should pay his own salary.
why is CISCO keeping hire those useless roles? Because the VPs/SVPs/SDirs cannot operate themselves. You have product team that has 1-2 engineers only but lots of those others...
G12 puts you on a watch list. Most can’t manage to stay for long. Cisco doesn’t need this level of drain unless you classify yourself as exceptionally genius. Being a manager doesn’t count!! Good luck moving up the ladder.
It’s volunteer work. You get a tax write off.
