Weather in Georgia (Northwest)

There were no road issues. But for some reason they closed the schools. I had to take a PTO. It cost our family a vacation day this summer. Georgia is so backward.

Schools close because of what happened back in 2014 (2017?). It snowed on a weekday and people were stranded all over the city including kids inside the schools…. Half hour drives turned into 10+ with the traffic. Since then ATL doesn’t play with snow if there’s even the smallest chance.

Are you a management employee? Use caregiver leave for these kinds of things.

You should have asked Legg to watch the kids. He might have done something useful for once.
