Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

TFB Sound off

Here we are end of January and still no clear direction of what’s ahead of us. RoE’s / Dirty Data, “stay tuned”
After GF all hands call last week… I’m feeling we are about to see a HUGE jump in quota this year.

I will say that I was thankful leadership recognized the cluster F of a rollout this was and making us whole for January was the T-Mobile I remember.

@a8 I left after this change happened and feel the Micro team was set up to get a lot of natural attrition. Who wants to be limited on the size of deals based on employee size? Who came up with this? Many of the accounts are in the wrong segment still anyway!

It’s going to get worse for TFB . SMB and. I do. Leadership still has no direction. Quotas will triple. Micro will fail hard.

💯 agree. The way they segmented the business teams shows the total disconnect from senior leadership. It’s going to take months, if not a year or more to recover from this ridiculous move. They don’t care they are messing with people’s livelihoods and their hard work to build relationships with clients and potential clients. Feels like a total demolition of TFB.

It’s only going to get worse. They destroyed the TFB sales teams with their restructuring and segments. Micro is destined to fail and smb is going to take a lot of time to get going and probably never will fully recover. When people that have never sold b2b are making decisions that don’t work in reality this is what you get…
