I saw a sf commercial tonight. All I can say is WTF.

I know, let's take the best, most experienced claims workforce, living in great locations and trade them for hubs in Dallas, Phoenix and Atlanta, run off all the good people and replace them with a reimagined 2040 workforce, all with ADA accommodations, homeless look and become MCinsurnace and hire nothing but MChub employees. Went to the website. They’ve basically taken customer complaints and are saying “Halfway Insurance” company does these things but State Farm doesn’t. (Has anyone tried to direct dial your claim specialist lately? Saying SF doesn’t have confused AI is laughable.)
