Microfocus was ten times better than the legacy cr-p that they run the business from.. should have just plugged it into sap.. excel excel.. use bi to integrate systems..madness... The other lad was emperor with no clothes.. opentext verse.. lol(metaverse)

Sales reorg of some kind is incoming as TC just announced the return of former WW Sales leader Ted back as an SVP.

10% headcount reduction primarily targeting marketing and sales departments, but there will be some engineering layoffs as well. Shannon Bell is out too. Opentext is effectively winding down most marketing operations.
Former offices will become Spirit Halloween locations this fall to raise cash.
@ay we are going to lose some top performers again this round since this is all about structure and numbers.
I have heard 1% layoffs with most groups exempt
Managers with less than 10 directs.
Managers who are virtual with office based staff.
These two groups I've heard several times are marked.
